The view from this hotel is absolutely incredible, with breathtaking landscapes of Taxco both during the day and at night. It's definitely worth waking up early to enjoy the stunning scenery.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was without any complaints.

We could easily get to casa humboldt and santa prisca was really close to the hotel. We would definitely book here again & would be happy to recommend it to family: )

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the breathtaking views it offers. Located practically on the top of a mountain, the hotel provides a unique and romantic experience with its large terrace facing the majestic landscape of Taxco. The twinkling lights from the homes off the side of the mountain create an awe-inspiring spectacle, making you feel like you're surrounded by diamonds.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was amazing, and there was nothing that we felt needed improvement.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with a nice view of the surroundings. And finally, the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, situated on top of a hill, providing breathtaking panoramic views.

All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay and couldn't find anything to fault this hotel.

Awesome view and delicious food! Spent Xmas here and it was lovely. the view from my window was breathtaking, and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, close to the shopping area and easy to find. the pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing swim. What I really enjoyed was the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and helped me with all my needs.

Rooms need updating and beds are hard. the rooms could use some updates, as they seem a bit outdated.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The views are breathtaking, with twinkling lights and a beautiful terrace. The pool was also a plus, especially during the summer months. The staff was always courteous and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The location is prime, offering easy access to the town square and shops to buy souvenirs. We didn't have to worry about safety at all as the environment was secure and felt safe.

The maintenance of the hotel could be improved. The bathroom was outdated, and the tiles looked old.

From our room near the big Church, the view of the city was exceptional. the room was clean and filled with comfortable amenities. the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and clean towels.

The lack of air conditioning left us feeling a bit stuffy at night.
